Janelle, Now that we are all settled in and things have calmed down from the move, Jeff and I would like to take the opportunity to thank you! I am not even sure where to start. You came highly recommended by a great source and we had certain expectations of you as the source had really put you on a pedestal. After speaking and meeting with you, we knew immediately that those qualities we expected were natural qualities which you possess as a person and a real estate agent. We NEVER had to question your integrity or your honesty. We felt at ease knowing that any questions or concerns we had, you would answer and correct. This was the FIRST time we had ever bought a house and this was a very new experience for us so we didn't know what to expect. We had special circumstances and particular needs for the wheel chair as well as other obstacles to be addressed and you listened to all of those requests. You made us feel is if WE were your only clients! I am very proud to say that through this wonderful experience of the joy of buying a house which we had our ups and downs with the paperwork and financing, you were there for us every step of the way guiding and encouraging us! We are a relatively young family and seven years ago we got married and needed to find our first home. We were referred to Janelle by a family member. Not only did Janelle educate us on the realty world, but she also clarified all pro and cons and made our decision amazingly simple. She took a normally stressful task into an exciting and fun life journey. We recently decided to upgrade our growing family home. Even though we are no longer as green to the realty world. Buying a home in this market is scary and selling a home in this market is terrifying. We first met Janelle in 2004 when we were searching for a retirement home in Florida. We didn't know where to start, but she showed us every imaginable property available for the criteria we had given her. Even though we weren't able to purchase something at that time, she followed up with us with emails and pictures. Once we decided on a home to purchase and due to the fact we were in Indiana and Janelle in Florida, she made sure all the details were in order and we were able to purchase our home. Then in 2009 we decided to sell, Janelle was able to find a buyer and again took care of all the details for us. It was a great pleasure working with Janelle. She is honest, works with integrity, detailed oriented and very professional. She goes the extra mile and is a Christian who we can trust completely. Janelle, Jill and I are extremely happy with the home you found us. You made the entire process incredibly easy, and (unlike the stories our friends tell us about their experiences) you kept us well informed. My coworker thinks I am embellishing when I describe how the househounting process went because she never gets a timely returned call from her realtor. Of course, I bragged a little bit and then gave her your name and company. We weren't even looking for a house when your brother sent us one of your listings.
