We first met Janelle in 2004 when we were searching for a retirement home in Florida. We didn't know where to start, but she showed us every imaginable property available for the criteria we had given her. Even though we weren't able to purchase something at that time, she followed up with us with emails and pictures. Once we decided on a home to purchase and due to the fact we were in Indiana and Janelle in Florida, she made sure all the details were in order and we were able to purchase our home. Then in 2009 we decided to sell, Janelle was able to find a buyer and again took care of all the details for us. It was a great pleasure working with Janelle. She is honest, works with integrity, detailed oriented and very professional. She goes the extra mile and is a Christian who we can trust completely. Janelle helped us tremendously with our home search. We gave her very specific desires (size, price, pool, location) and within 24 hours, she had shown us every house on the market within those parameters, even houses that she or her company did not list. And when my wife and I narrowed the search to two homes, Janelle helped and allowed us to pick the best home for us and not for her pocketbook. She was personally involved with every aspect of our home purchase and was available whenever needed between the contract and the final closing. Janelle, Jill and I are extremely happy with the home you found us.
